Wills Point had lost three straight headed into Friday's contest, but Chris James didn't let it get to four. The Wills Point Tigers walked away with a 59-49 win over the Farmersville Farmers on Friday thanks in part to James, who posted 23 points along with seven assists and five boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Wills Point's victory bumped their record up to 6-22. As for Farmersville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-13.
