Softball Recap: New Madrid County Central Takes a Loss

New Madrid County Central lost against Kennett back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. New Madrid County Central took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kennett.

Malden has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.6 runs per game on average), something New Madrid County Central will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kennett, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Scott City at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
