Soccer Recap: BASIS - Chandler Comes Up Short

BASIS - Chandler's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 2-0 to the Mission Heights Prep Phantoms. BASIS - Chandler were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Mission Heights Prep apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

BASIS - Chandler's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2-2. As for Mission Heights Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. BASIS - Chandler is set to square off against their familiar foe Heritage Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Mission Heights Prep will take on rival the Heroes at 4:30 p.m. on October 15.
