Basketball Recap: Casady Comes Up Short

Casady lost against Community Christian back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Casady Cyclones took a 60-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Community Christian Royals. While losing is never fun, the Cyclones can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 145th, while the Royals are ranked 35th).

Casady's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Community Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.

Casady does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Community Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 57-46 loss against Ardmore on the 15th.
