Softball Recap: Mardela Extends Road Winning Streak to Eight

Mardela's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Pocomoke an 18-0 shutout. Fans of Mardela have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Mardela pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.the team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team won's by an average of 11.5 runs thus far As for Pocomoke, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
