Basketball Recap: Wrightstown Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Wrightstown duked it out withBrillion on Saturday. The match between the Wrightstown Tigers and the Brillion Lions didn't end well, with the Wrightstown Tigers falling 57-42. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Wrightstown and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Brillion, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wrightstown will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Oconto Falls at 7:00 p.m. on January 31, 2025. Brillion will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Seymour at 1:40 p.m. on December 27th.
