ALA - Anthem South came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Desert Heights Prep Yote as they made off with a 20-2 win. While the Titans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

ALA - Anthem South's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Desert Heights Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

ALA - Anthem South will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Gilbert Classical Academy at 3:45 p.m. on March 25th. Desert Heights Prep will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Salome at 3:30 p.m. on March 25th.
