Basketball Game Preview: Derryfield Cougars vs. Merrimack Valley Pride

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Merrimack Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They claimed a resounding 56-23 victory over Sanborn Regional. The Pride have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Derryfield pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Merrimack Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
