Mansfield Legacy entered their tilt with Tomball Memorial on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0.

Tomball Memorial lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lauren Helmer, who had ten digs and two assists. Allie Collier also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

Mansfield Legacy's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Tomball Memorial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.
