Aliquippa took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They blew past the Farrell Steelers 79-51. The win continues a trend for the Quips in their matchups with the Steelers: they've now won three in a row.

Several Steelers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kyjuan Campbell, who went 6-for-7 en route to 16 points and six boards. Jamauri Jones was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Farrell is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Aliquippa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 78-33 victory against Beaver Falls on the 12th. As for Farrell, they are taking a road trip to square off against Westinghouse at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
