Coastal Academy won the last time they faced Escondido Adventist Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Stingrays were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stingrays.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-7, 25-13.

Hannah Huffman paced Coastal Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Huffman got some help from Delaynie Harris and her 24 assists. Harris also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mariela Cordoba, each putting up five.

Coastal Academy's record is now 5-17. As for Escondido Adventist Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Coming up, Coastal Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Monte Vista at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Escondido Adventist Academy, they will square off against Orange Glen at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th.
