Two dominant backs in Allen Clark and Keion Moore are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Out-of-Door Academy Thunder will be playing in front of their home fans against the Seffner Christian Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Out-of-Door Academy's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 50-0 win over Faith Christian. The victory was familiar territory for the Thunder, who have now won five matchups in a row.

Edouard Chaput was the offensive standout of the contest as he threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes. Out-of-Door Academy also got help from Brady Cleveland, who showed off his sure hands for 110 receiving yards.
Out-of-Door Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Nathan Crews. Out-of-Door Academy received some extra help from Ryan Beck, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
Meanwhile, Seffner Christian's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They really took it to Cambridge Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-21 win. The Crusaders have beaten the Lancers the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Lancers has come to flipping the script.
Seffner Christian's win came from a few key players Out-of-Door Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Luke Mclaughlin, who picked up 132 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. His longest reception was for an incredible 79 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Hagan, who threw for 223 yards and three touchdowns.
Seffner Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 309 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 154 rushing yards in four consecutive games.
Seffner Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Out-of-Door Academy, their win bumped their record up to an identical 6-1.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Out-of-Door Academy has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 202.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Seffner Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 199.3 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Everything went Out-of-Door Academy's way against Seffner Christian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Out-of-Door Academy made off with a 36-14 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Crusaders' Moore, who rushed for 114 yards and a pair of scores.
