Basketball Recap: Edgewood Academy Takes a Loss

Edgewood Academy was the 61-46 winner over Springwood when they last played one another on December 13th, but their luck changed this time around. The Edgewood Academy Wildcats fell 55-43 to the Springwood Wildcats on Monday. Edgewood Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edgewood Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Springwood, the victory also got them back to even at 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgewood Academy will head out to square off against Banks Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Springwood, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Chambers Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
