Volleyball Recap: Bloomington Takes a Loss

Bloomington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Palacios Sharks. If the Bobcats/Lady Cats were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Sharks when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-6, 25-9.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Palacios, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Bloomington has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Rice Consolidated on the 19th. As for Palacios, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Bay City on the 16th.
