Roanoke Valley Christian won the last time they faced Dayspring Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES walked away with a 52-41 win over the Dayspring Christian Academy Lions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the EAGLES.

Logan Gutierrez was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 20 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Mioduszewski, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

Roanoke Valley Christian's record now sits at 6-3. As for Dayspring Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Roanoke Valley Christian will be playing at home against Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dayspring Christian Academy, they will head out to challenge King's Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dayspring Christian Academy is facing King's Christian Academy at the right time seeing as King's Christian Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
