Volleyball Recap: Oak Creek's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It's playoff time, and Oak Creek had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Union Grove Broncos on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won three matches in a row.

Claire Mank was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last seven matchups.

Mank wasn't the only good servers: Oak Creek was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in nine consecutive matches.

Oak Creek's record now sits at 30-16. As for Union Grove, they moved to 18-21 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.
