Basketball Recap: Springfield Renaissance's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to 25

It's playoff time, and Springfield Renaissance had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took down the Lenox Memorial Millionaires 63-49 on Friday. The victory was just business as usual for Springfield Renaissance, who after 25 games remain undefeated this season.

Springfield Renaissance got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Zi'Yan Wallace out in front who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 25 boards. Those 25 rebounds gave Wallace a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sy'Nye Baker, who posted 15 points along with five assists and five steals.

Springfield Renaissance's victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.8 points. As for Lenox Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-2.

Coming up, Springfield Renaissance will be playing in front of their home fans against Lee at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
