Softball Recap: Homer Takes a Loss

The Homer Trojans came up short against the McGraw Eagles on Saturday, falling 16-5.

Homer dropped their record down to 3-6 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for McGraw, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Looking ahead, Homer will face off against Cortland at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. McGraw will be paying especially close attention to the Trojans' game: after the Trojans face off against the Purple Tigers, they'll take on McGraw again at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
