Basketball Recap: Newbury Park Adventist's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Newbury Park Adventist was the 50-45 winner over Redlands Adventist Academy when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Newbury Park Adventist Gators opened the new year with a less-than-successful 51-40 defeat to the Redlands Adventist Academy Bulldogs.

Newbury Park Adventist's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-4. As for Redlands Adventist Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Newbury Park Adventist will face off against San Fernando Valley Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Redlands Adventist Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Loma Linda Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 11th.
