Basketball Recap: Clearwater Valley Triumphs

Clearwater Valley can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 38-37 photo finish over the Potlatch Loggers. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Loggers back in December of 2024, they had to take a 43-37 loss.

Clearwater Valley can attribute much of their success to Eva Lundgren, who went 8 for 18 on her way to 17 points.

Clearwater Valley's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6. As for Potlatch, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Clearwater Valley will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Highland at 6:00 p.m. As for Potlatch, they will square off against Genesee at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
