Basketball Recap: Lithia Springs Takes a Loss

Lithia Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 59-15 loss at the hands of the East Paulding Raiders. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-9.

Lithia Springs' loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for East Paulding, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lithia Springs Lions face off against the Alexander Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Paulding, they will face off against Kennesaw Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
