Softball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for West Point's offense. They came up short against the King William Cavaliers on Tuesday, falling 18-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-1 back in April.

This is the second loss in a row for West Point and nudges their season record down to 10-7. As for King William, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Coming up, West Point will venture away from home to square off against King & Queen Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for King William, they will welcome Deep Run at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
