Basketball Game Preview: Milpitas Trojans vs. Los Altos Eagles

Milpitas hasn't had much luck against Los Altos recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Milpitas Trojans will look to defend their home court against the Los Altos Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Last Wednesday, Milpitas came up short against Palo Alto and fell 44-37. The game marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Los Altos came out on top against Terra Nova on Saturday by a score of 45-36 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Los Altos' victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Milpitas, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 13-3.

Milpitas didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Los Altos in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 63-59 win. Will Milpitas repeat their success, or does Los Altos have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
