Basketball Game Preview: Mid-Peninsula Dragons vs. Pescadero Vikings

The Mid-Peninsula Dragons will square off against the Pescadero Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Mid-Peninsula is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Pacific Bay Christian on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Mid-Peninsula came up short against Pacific Bay Christian, falling 69-44. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pescadero, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 50-29 margin over San Francisco Christian on Thursday.

Mid-Peninsula's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Pescadero, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.

Mid-Peninsula strolled past Pescadero in their previous meeting back in November of 2017 by a score of 44-26. Does Mid-Peninsula have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pescadero turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
