Oakfield waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tri-County Penguins by a score of 2-0. The Oaks were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Penguins, so the Oaks were just returning the favor.

Oakfield never let Tri-County on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-16.

Oakfield's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Tri-County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Oakfield will take on Horicon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Oaks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Tri-County, they will be taking part in a tournament against Merrill on Tuesday.
