Baseball Recap: Senn's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

If Senn was feeling good fresh off their 18-2 takedown of Foreman on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs lost 16-8 to the Disney II Titans on Saturday. The match marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Senn saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jones Sweetman, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Sweetman is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Another was Leo Sharkey, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Having lost for the first time this season, Senn fell to 5-1. As for Disney II, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Titans beat Senn by a score of 7-2 on Tuesday.
