Softball Recap: Paramount Comes Up Short

Paramount lost against Gahr back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates came up short against the Gladiators, falling 11-1. The Pirates' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Paramount now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Gahr, they moved to 8-10-2 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Paramount will be playing at home against Mayfair at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates are facing the Monsoons at the right time seeing as the Monsoons are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Gahr, they will take on Cerritos at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Gladiators' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dons have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season.
