Football Recap: South Hunterdon Comes Up Short + How To Watch

South Hunterdon extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-4. They were outmatched by the Manville Mustangs and fell 49-12. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-0.

As for Manville, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won four contests by 31 points or more so far this season.

Josh D'Ambrosio continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 120 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 44 yards and one TD. D'Ambrosio is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 107 every time he's taken the field this season. Isaiah Bennett was another key back, gaining 113 total yards and two touchdowns.

South Hunterdon has already played their next matchup, a 21-0 defeat against Brearley on the 3rd. As for Manville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 41-12 win against J.P. Stevens on the 4th.
