North Forney win going away against Mesquite

The North Forney Falcons''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 52-26 margin over Mesquite. The result was nothing new for North Forney, who have now won five contests by 20 points or more so far this season.
North Forney's win was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 44.0 points per game. As for Mesquite, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
North Forney will head out on the road to face off against Tyler Legacy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tyler Legacy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 215th, while North Forney is ranked 90th). As for Mesquite, they will be playing at home against Rockwall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Rockwall knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully Mesquite likes a good challenge.
