Basketball Game Preview: Bowdon Red Devils vs. Greenville Patriots

The Bowdon Red Devils will take on the Greenville Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Bowdon will bounce into Friday's match after beating Manchester, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. Bowdon took down Manchester 52-33 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Greenville beat Atlanta Classical Academy 53-41 on Tuesday.

Bowdon better keep an eye on Ca'Tavia Bennett. She was instrumental in Greenville's win, putting up 20 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Bennett's evening made it ten games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Daliyah Ellison, who posted 11 points.

Greenville was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
