Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Tippecanoe Valley's 13th in Last 14 Outings

It's playoff time, and Tippecanoe Valley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 40-36 win over the West Noble Chargers on Tuesday. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 75th, while the Chargers are ranked 303rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tippecanoe Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. West Noble is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.

Coming up, Tippecanoe Valley will face off against Wawasee at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Tippecanoe Valley will be up against Wawasee's rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. West Noble does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
