Basketball Recap: Teachers Prep Takes a Loss

Teachers Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Transit Tech Express, falling 42-22. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Teachers Prep has suffered against Transit Tech since December 13, 2016.

Teachers Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Transit Tech, they moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Teachers Prep will square off against Summit Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Summit Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Teachers Prep surely won't give up without a fight. Transit Tech has already played their next game (against Classics), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
