Basketball Recap: Anderson-Shiro's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Anderson-Shiro lost to Trinity back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls walked away with a 73-62 victory over the Trinity Tigers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Fighting Owls.

Anderson-Shiro's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-10. As for Trinity, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 16-9 record this season.

Anderson-Shiro will be playing at home against Crockett at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crockett will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Anderson-Shiro surely won't give up without a fight. As for Trinity, they will venture away from home to face off against Coldspring-Oakhurst at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity is facing Coldspring-Oakhurst at the right time seeing as Coldspring-Oakhurst is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
