Soccer Recap: Citrus Valley Comes Up Short

Citrus Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Redlands East Valley Wildcats. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Blackhawks couldn't quite close it out.

Citrus Valley's loss dropped their record down to 6-13-2. As for Redlands East Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-4-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Citrus Valley nor Redlands East Valley have any future games scheduled.
