Monache entered their tilt with Mt. Whitney on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pioneers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Monache took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-14.

London Haynes paced Monache's offense, picking up 19 kills. Haynes got some help from Jaylee Alvarico and her 30 assists. Alvarico was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Monache now has a winning record of 14-13-1. As for Mt. Whitney, they dropped their record down to 8-18 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Monache has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Redwood on the 16th. As for Mt. Whitney, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against El Diamante on the 16th.
