Volleyball Recap: Roycemore Comes Up Short

Roycemore lost against Waldorf back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Griffins fell 2-0 to the Thunder.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Waldorf scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Roycemore's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Waldorf, their win ended a four-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-7.

Roycemore didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Christian Heritage Academy on the 8th. As for Waldorf, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Lycee Francais de Chicago on the 8th.
