With a playoff win on the line, Powell rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 61-49 victory over the Lander Valley Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Tigers two weeks ago, they had to take a 50-46 defeat.

Powell's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Lander Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 17-10.

Powell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 66-45 victory against Mountain View on the 8th. Lander Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
