Volleyball Recap: Ferris Starts off Right with Win over Palmer

Ferris had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Palmer Bulldogs. The Yellowjackets haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

While Ferris might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Palmer scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 25-22.

Coming up, Ferris will venture away from home to take on Mexia at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmer, they will take on Latexo in a tournament on Thursday.
