Volleyball Recap: Lapeer Takes a Loss

Lapeer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders.

Lapeer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for L'Anse Creuse North, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Lapeer and L'Anse Creuse North will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Lightning see the court they'll take on Oxford at 7:00 p.m. on September 3. As for L'Anse Creuse North, their break will end when they face Utica Eisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on September 3.
