Soccer Recap: Atlantic Collegiate Academy Starts Season with Victory Against Philip Simmons

Atlantic Collegiate Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Philip Simmons Iron Horses. Micah Davis had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Armada.

Philip Simmons' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Atlantic Collegiate Academy will head out on the road to challenge GREEN Upstate at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for Philip Simmons, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pinewood Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Philip Simmons' last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
