Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Antonito). They walked away with a 49-38 win over the Lake City Community 14ers on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won three games in a row.

Antonito's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Octavian Martinez led the charge by putting up 14 points. Another player making a difference was Matthew Mascarenes, who posted 14 points.

Despite the loss, Lake City Community still got an impressive performance from Levi Hartman, who went 7-for-10 on his way to 14 points and seven boards. Daniel Hays was another key player, earning ten points.

Antonito's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Lake City Community, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Antonito didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-28 defeat against Sangre de Cristo on the 15th. As for Lake City Community, they have also already played their next match, a 65-40 loss against Centennial on the 15th.
