Saturday just wasn't the day for Beamer's offense. They were outmatched by the Auburn Mountainview Lions and fell 34-0. The defeat leaves the Titans still looking for their first win of the season.

Beamer's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Auburn Mountainview, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beamer will challenge Union at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Beamer will be up against Union's rather soft defense (which has allowed 30 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Auburn Mountainview, they will take on Decatur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
