With a playoff win on the line, Brazos Christian rose to the challenge on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 50-6 victory over Rosehill Christian. The result was nothing new for Brazos Christian, who have now won 11 matchups by 26 points or more so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brazos Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Karsen Ramsey, who rushed for 115 yards and one score on only six carries, and also picked up 74 receiving yards and one TD. Those 115 rushing yards gave Ramsey a new career-high. Reed Jackson also helped out as he racked up 123 rushing yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Brazos Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 354 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in three consecutive contests.

Brazos Christian's record is now 12-0. As for Rosehill Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

Coming up, Brazos Christian will square off against First Baptist at 7:34 p.m. on Friday. The Saints will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Rosehill Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
