Spartanburg won the last time they faced Eastside and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spartanburg Vikings claimed a resounding 55-20 victory over the Eastside Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Leading Spartanburg to victory were Kamryn Sainvil and Kaylee Nelson. Sainvil dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards, while Nelson almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave Sainvil a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Azaria Sims, who posted seven points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Spartanburg smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Eastside only pulled down two offensive rebounds.
