Marbury had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.9 runs) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They put the hurt on the Reeltown Rebels with a sharp 13-1 win. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Marbury pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Reeltown, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-4.
