Colton Quesada Game Report: vs Pearce

Lamar was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Colton Quesada did his best to prevent it. Quesada struck out eight batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. The performance marked the fewest hits he has had since back in February.

Even though Quesada couldn't lead Lamar over Pearce, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Vikings have some work to do to even out the 1-7 series between these two since May of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
