Softball Recap: Irondequoit Takes a Loss

Irondequoit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-3 to the Brockport Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-7 loss two weeks ago.

Irondequoit saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Cooley, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Irondequoit's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Brockport, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

As of now, neither Irondequoit nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
