Canyon del Oro was handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Rio Rico on Saturday. The Dorados blew past the Hawks, posting a 76-49 victory. The win continues a trend for the Dorados in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won three in a row.

Julian Robles produced another solid effort going 7-for-17 en route to 20 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Those six assists gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tyler Skorupa, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine boards.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Canyon del Oro was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Canyon del Oro's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Rio Rico, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
