Pomona entered their tilt with Standley Lake on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 14-4 margin over the Standley Lake Gators. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.

Lizzie DeVries was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
