Softball Recap: Mount Abram Comes Up Short

Mount Abram was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 15-0 to the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers.

Mount Abram's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for North Yarmouth Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount Abram will host Monmouth Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Roadrunners' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for North Yarmouth Academy, they will square off against Poland at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests.
